What the public evidence can tell you
The strongest overlap is at TekPark and Bethlehem: public air records and PeeringDB name the same sites. This gives a buyer a starting list of buildings to investigate. It does not disclose open racks, sellable power or pricing. Reading and Camp Hill remain separate comparisons because an acceptable location for one requirement may be too far away for another.
Three locations, three searches
Breinigsville and Bethlehem
The air register names TekPark at 9999 Hamilton Boulevard and the two Bethlehem addresses shown below. TierPoint network listings appear at those addresses too. The announced TekPark power expansion is a separate measure from the capacity a customer can contract today.
Reading
The Direct LTx air record and PeeringDB listing provide a public starting point in Reading. A second PeeringDB entry carries no registered networks. That absence is a limitation of the listing, not proof that the building lacks connectivity.
Camp Hill
The HP Enterprise air-register entry is the evidence here. Our collected PeeringDB export has no Camp Hill entry, and this guide does not substitute a Lehigh Valley network total for local connectivity. Confirm the current operator and service offering before shortlisting the site.

All five air-register entries are undated in the collected data. They identify permitted sites but do not measure this year's construction rate. The entries retain the applicant names and register statuses below; these are not confirmations of current sales availability.

Where network operators list a presence
The following counts are PeeringDB listings. A network listed in more than one building contributes a presence at each; these are not unique regional carrier counts. Multiple registry entries can also refer to the same property. Confirm the required carriers and routes at the exact address.
Who is actually plugged in across Lehigh Valley, Reading and Camp Hill
A building existing and a building being connected are different facts, and only one of them decides whether your traffic can get where it needs to go cheaply. These figures come from PeeringDB, which the network operators themselves maintain, so every row below links to the building's own public entry.

From PeeringDB, which is maintained by the network operators present in these buildings rather than by the landlords, which is what makes it worth more than a directory. Two limits. Entries are voluntary, so a building showing no networks may be single tenant or may simply never have registered. And a network being present says nothing about whether the building has space, power or a price for you: that is still a call.

What has been announced in Lehigh Valley, Reading and Camp Hill
Announcements are not filings. Nobody has to build what they announce, the figure is the one the developer chose to publish, and the date moves. They are here because megawatts are what a requirement is measured in, and because the size of what is coming changes who will take your call. Every figure below links to a published report that states it, and was checked against at least one other independent report before it was written down.

TekPark is the expansion supported by the sources reviewed here. Its power-infrastructure figure must not be treated as available IT capacity. There is no independently corroborated new-capacity figure in this review for Reading or Camp Hill; that is a research gap, not a claim that development is absent. Read the reporting.
Announced capacity is collected by hand from trade reporting and company statements, and each figure links to the report it came from. It is kept apart from the permit record above and never added to it: one is a document a jurisdiction issued, the other is a plan a company published. Neither is availability.
TierPoint's announcement and Data Center Dynamics' report agree on the expansion figure. Both use a power basis; neither establishes a current offer of that much IT load.
How to compare an actual requirement
Compare the Lehigh Valley with Philadelphia and New York and New Jersey when carrier choice matters. Keep Reading and Camp Hill on separate rows in the comparison. Ask each operator for the same power increment, cooling specification and delivery date so the quotes answer the same question.
Request the sellable IT load, rack density, cooling method, carrier access and ready-for-service date in writing. Distinguish power already delivered from power that depends on utility work. Record whether a quote reserves space and how long that reservation lasts.
