For MSPs, trusted advisors and IT consultants

Become more valuable to your clients.
Put our colocation expertise behind you.

Give your clients more answers, better options and a clear path forward. We help you source data centers, confirm capacity and compare proposals, expanding what you can deliver without building a colocation practice of your own. Bring us into client conversations or use our information behind the scenes. You choose how we fit.

Your relationship. More expertise to offer.

Be the advisor who can take the next step.

When a client asks about colocation, you can come back with useful answers, a provider comparison and help moving the project forward. Our research and sourcing support become part of the value you bring to the relationship.

For MSPs and IT service providers

Help a client move out of an office server room, expand beyond an existing rack or add a second location. Bring us into the facility search while you plan the migration, network and ongoing managed services.

For trusted advisors and consultants

Give clients a clear path from an infrastructure conversation to comparable provider proposals. Use us for colocation sourcing when the project needs more market coverage or technical detail.

For telecom and cloud advisors

Connect the facility decision to the wider design. We help evaluate location, power, carriers and cloud connectivity alongside the services you already advise on.

For integrators and migration specialists

Find a home for the hardware before the deployment plan is locked. Bring requirements for cabinet space, rack density, cooling and delivery dates into the provider conversation early.

Work with us your way

At the table or behind the scenes.

Bring us into the client conversation

We can join calls as a colocation specialist alongside you, guide the client through the options and help answer technical and commercial questions. Together, we agree on who leads each part of the conversation and how you stay involved.

Keep us behind the scenes

Just need information? We can provide research, answers and comparisons directly to you. Present that information to your client as part of your own advisory work, without mentioning Colocation Scout or introducing us. You lead the conversation; we support you in the background.

Start with whichever approach fits the relationship. If you later want us to join a call or take a more active role, we can adjust together.

What we handle together

From a rough requirement to a useful comparison

  1. Choose how we support you. Tell us about your business and the opportunity. Decide whether you want us involved with the client or providing information only to you. An introduction is optional.
  2. Build the requirement. Work through markets, cabinets or cages, power, connectivity, timing and growth. You do not need a finished RFP to start.
  3. Check the options. We approach providers for the requirement and confirm capacity and timing directly. A building in an inventory is not proof of available space.
  4. Compare and move forward. Review pricing, power commitments, setup costs, contract terms and deployment timing together. The client chooses the provider; we help clarify the differences.

See our colocation RFP checklist and how we verify capacity.

When to bring us in

A renewal or move is coming

The client needs to compare staying put with moving, understand overlap costs or find room to grow before the current agreement ends.

The workload has changed

New hardware, higher rack density, a disaster recovery site or a cloud repatriation project changes what the client needs from a facility.

Agree on the approach and referral terms up front

Interested in referral compensation? We will discuss eligibility, the opportunity and any applicable payment terms with you before moving forward. Compensation is subject to an agreed arrangement; submitting this form does not create a referral agreement or guarantee a payment.

You decide whether we have a client-facing role. If you prefer support behind the scenes, we work through you. Start with a general project description; there is no need to share a client's name or confidential details in the form.

Let's talk partnership

Have an opportunity now, or want a resource for the next one? Either is a good place to start.
